    What's Included

Every job comes scoped, permitted, and inspected — no shortcuts.

    • Loss-of-power diagnostics (single circuit, partial house, full outage)
    • Burning smell and sparking outlet response
    • Tripping breaker and dead circuit troubleshooting
    • Storm damage and downed service repair
    • Shopping center and commercial outage response
    • Electrical fire damage assessment and re-energizing
    • Generator transfer switch failures
    • After-hours commercial maintenance calls

What Counts as an Electrical Emergency

If you smell burning plastic from an outlet, hear buzzing from a panel, see scorch marks on a switch plate, or have a breaker that won't reset — turn off the affected circuit at the panel and call us. Those signs aren't 'wait until Monday' problems.

Same for partial power loss. If half your house is dark but the breakers are on, you may have a loose neutral at the meter — a hazardous condition that can damage every appliance plugged in until it's corrected.

Emergency Response — Primarily for Our Customers

Pirro Electric prioritizes emergency response for existing customers across the DMV — communities and properties we already maintain, and homeowners we've worked with before. If you're a non-customer facing a genuine emergency with no other option, call (240) 510-3131 and we'll do our best to help.

Our main line, (240) 510-3131, is the one number to call. Crews are dispatched across Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Prince George's, and Anne Arundel counties in Maryland; Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William counties in Northern Virginia, plus Alexandria; and Washington, D.C.

    Storm & Tree-Damage Response

A tree limb on your service drop, a flooded basement panel, a lightning hit that took out half your circuits — all common after DMV thunderstorms. We work with utility coordination to safely de-energize, repair the damaged service, and get your inspection booked.

    Commercial After-Hours

Restaurants, retail tenants, and office property managers across the metro area keep us on speed dial for after-hours outages — from a single dead circuit on a Sunday brunch to a full panel failure in a strip center. Quoted on the phone, on-site within hours.
