    Terms of Service

    Last updated: January 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pirro Electric, Inc. website. By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    Informational Purpose

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for a site inspection, electrical design, or professional advice specific to your property or project.

    Estimates and Quotes

Any pricing ranges, ballpark figures, or estimates shown on this site or provided by us in email, text, or phone communications are preliminary and non-binding. A binding scope of work and price are established only through a written agreement signed by both parties. Actual pricing is subject to on-site conditions, jurisdictional requirements, materials, and permitting.

    Content Accuracy

We work to keep information on this site current and accurate, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Codes, permitting requirements, product availability, and pricing change frequently. Do not rely on any statement on this site as a substitute for verification with the applicable authority having jurisdiction.

    Emergency and After-Hours Availability

Pirro Electric offers 24/7 emergency electrical response primarily to existing customers. New-customer emergencies are handled when we have crew capacity and cannot be guaranteed. Any references on this site to "24/7 emergency service," "always available," or similar phrases should be read subject to this section. Availability is limited by crew availability, geography, existing customer status, and the nature of the request, and is subject to our reasonable discretion.

    Workmanship Warranty

Where our website, FAQs, or communications state that our work is "warrantied," that we will "come back at no charge," or that a project carries a "no-skipped-units" commitment, those statements refer to the defined terms in this section and to the written scope of work for the specific project.

Workmanship coverage. Pirro Electric warrants its installation workmanship for [WARRANTY TERM — e.g., 1 year on workmanship from date of final inspection]. During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair or re-perform defective workmanship at no additional labor cost to the original customer at the original service address.

What is not covered. The workmanship warranty does not cover [exclusions — e.g., manufacturer defects in equipment (which are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty), damage caused by other trades or the property owner, acts of nature, power surges/utility events, tampering, or work performed outside our documented scope].

No-skipped-units commitment (aluminum remediation). For contracted aluminum-to-copper remediation projects, our written scope of work covers every unit identified in that scope. The commitment is defined by the executed contract for the project and does not apply to change-order scope reductions requested by the association or units the association removes from scope.

How to make a claim. Email contact@pirroelectric.com or call (240) 510-3131 with the original invoice or job number and a description of the issue.
